Our rooms Our comfortable and quiet rooms are equipped with private bathroom, TV- sat, safe, telephone, ceiling fan or air-conditioning. Most rooms have a balcony with sea view. The restaurant Hotel Edelweiss has a restaurant with air-conditioning. Thanks to the enormous experience of the Chef you can taste different Italian dishes and discover many traditional dishes full of deep flavours, made with healthy and simple ingredients. At lunch and dinner we serve two first courses and a very rich buffet with fish specialities and typical local dishes, cold cuts, all kinds of salads, fresh fruit and 'Piadina Romagnola' (local bread). Pitchers with water are always included during the meals.
